The article discusses a study within the Undergraduate Education program at Southeastern University. The study aimed to apply seven principles for good practice in undergraduate education to online course design to enhance students’ success in online coursework. The study consists of 179 undergraduate students. Results indicated that students’ values matched well with the seven principles implications. Evidence provided showed that good design embeds the seven principles that ensure students are successful in online learning environments.
