Online Learning Trends:

Online learning trends include personalized learning, microlearning, and virtual augmented reality. These trends help to improve the learning experiences for students and educators.

Adaptive Learning, also known as Adaptive Teaching, is an educational method that uses computer algorithms and artificial intelligence to orchestrate learner interaction. Adaptive Learning methods aim to deliver customized resources and learning activities to address the unique needs of each learner.  My presentation will discuss Adaptive learning methods. I chose Adaptive learning because the methods are beneficial in providing personalized learning for each student.

Adaptive Learning Technology is a way to personalize learning experiences for students using data-driven instruction. ALT uses artificial intelligence (AI) and algorithms to analyze students’ behavior and adapt learning content, pace, and difficulty. With the use of adaptive learning technologies, Adaptive learning methods are enhanced and provide a more in-depth personalization experience for each student.

Examples of Adaptive Learning Technologies:

• Learning Analytics
• Virtual and augmented reality
• Intelligent tutoring systems
• Personalized learning paths
• Gamified learning

My presentation will briefly overview the online learning trend of Adaptive learning. In addition, the presentation will introduce you to Adaptive learning technology and give examples of different types of technologies.

Introduction: 

Online learning trends are the changing way people learn online, including new technologies, methods, and types of content. This presentation will introduce you to the online learning trend “Adaptive Learning.” The presentation aims to inform educators on the importance of Adaptive Learning methods and the benefits of incorporating adaptive learning methods in your education environment. In addition, the presentation will introduce you to three adaptive learning technologies and provide examples of the technology.
