“Adaptive Learning” tailors learning experiences to meet the needs of each individual learner. Addressing the needs of each learner is an essential importance in my teaching practice. Now that I am equipped with the knowledge of this online learning trend, I am better prepared to incorporate the learning methods into my future teaching practice.

My overall perspectives have not changed regarding transforming my online practice. With the continual growth in technology such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and augmented reality, online teaching will continue to thrive and present new ways to address the needs of each individual learner. I gained a great deal of knowledge from every online trend presented in this course. However, I found Adaptive learning to be the most interesting. My teaching philosophy is centered on teaching the whole child. Every student learns differently. Adaptive learning methods equip educators with the skills to address these individual issues among students.
The knowledge that I have gained throughout this course will equip me to educate future colleagues on the benefits and importance of incorporating these learning trends into our teaching practices.
Overall, I have truly enjoyed learning in this course. I am excited about my future in online teaching.
