Overview:

Ethics examines the rational justification for our moral judgments; it studies what is morally right or wrong, just or unjust. Ethical behavior is characterized by honesty, fairness, and equity in interpersonal, professional, and academic relationships.

Instructions:

In this discussion board assignment, you will view an ethics case study video titled It Was Just a Careless Mistake. After viewing the video, you will write a journal reflection answering the following questions.

• What is your personal definition of ethics?
• What do ethics and professionalism mean to you?
• How would you react ethically if placed in the exact situation in the case study? It was just a careless mistake.
• Finally, log onto YouTube and search for ethics case study videos. Select a video of your choice to view and answer five questions based on the case study viewed. We will have an open Virtual peer discussion in Google Meet on your answer choices and why, ethically, you made the decision.
